General Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Advertising

The following terms and conditions govern the placement and delivery of advertising as set forth in the Insertion Order ("IO") between CJ Environmental, Inc. ("Advertiser") and ("Company") to which these general terms and conditions ("T&Cs") are attached (the IO and these T&Cs shall be referred to, collectively, as the "Agreement").

Limitations
- Company agrees to NOT Incentivize CJE's offer.
- Company agrees to NOT Use Co-Registration to generate leads for CJE.
- Company agrees to NOT Pre-Populate (pre-pop) CJE's offer.

Fraud
CJE has a zero tolerance policy towards fraud. CJE is setup to monitor individual affiliates within each Company's campaign. If for any reason, CJE finds that one of those affiliates are in violation of the aforementioned terms, that affiliate's campaign will immediately be terminated and CJE will refuse payment or demand credit for all leads generated by that affiliate since the campaign's inception.

Exclusivity
The lead data received by CJE that has been generated by Company will be exclusive property owned by CJE. Company agrees to never sell or give any portion of this information to any of CJE's competitors or third-parties affiliated with CJE's competitors.

Payment Terms
The Payment Terms for all of CJE's offers shall be Net 30 Days. CJE will remit payment 30 days after each billing cycle. All leads determined to be fraudulent shall be deducted from the total lead count and not charged to CJE.

Cancellation Policy
CJE has the right to terminate this agreement at any time with a 24-hour notice. Any leads that incur after the termination period will not be billable.
